Our Velvet Card loyalty programme is simple: earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at Velvet Brew. Once you've accumulated 100 points, you can redeem them for any signature drink free of charge. There's no expiry on points, and you can earn points on all orders including combos. Pick up a physical card at the counter or ask our baristas about our digital loyalty option.

Combo deals are pre-priced bundles and cannot be combined with membership percentage discounts. However, you will still earn loyalty points on combo purchases. For the Velvet Member plan, your daily free signature drink is separate from — and stackable with — combo pricing on additional orders.

Yes, our menu prices are identical whether you're sitting in or taking away. We believe the quality of the coffee doesn't change based on where you drink it, so neither does the price. The only exception is our reserved seating benefit included in the Work From Velvet combo, which is a dine-in perk.

Absolutely. Our Studio corporate membership includes a private event space booking each month, and we offer bulk catering packages for office meetings and events. For larger orders, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact page or by calling +1 (718) 555-0192. We'll work with you on a custom menu and pricing.

Yes. All membership plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can pause your plan for up to two months per year (e.g. if you're travelling) and resume without losing your accumulated loyalty points. To cancel or pause, simply speak to our team at the café or email hello@velvetbrew.com at least 5 days before your next billing date.

Yes! We offer a standing 10% discount to all students (with valid ID) and a 15% discount to all healthcare workers, emergency services, and military personnel. These discounts apply to all drinks and food orders, every day. Just show your valid ID or badge at the counter — no sign-up required.
